We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Vantage Sport Supply.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color instead? Let us know when you request your return and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, as marked on the product page, are not eligible for return or exchange.
